Returns & Refunds

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges on full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have a further 14 days for us to receive the item(s) in order to process your refund.  

You can return your product for a different product or request a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still attached
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

For a return or exchange, please note the following steps:

1. Email help@karabloom.com with the following information: 

Refund or exchange required. Order name and number. Reason for refund/exchange

2. You will then receive further information on how to proceed with returning your order.

3. Kindly send all items back with their original tags still attached using the labels provided

Below are return shipping estimates

UK Standard - £5 

Europe - £15 

Rest of world - £25 

Additional Information:

Please retain proof of shipping to minimise any issues with lost or damaged items.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). 

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 15 working days.
